Thornmail is overpowered
Garen isn't even in sunfire range, doesn't have gromp buff and doesn't have the smite item for 25% bonus hp.

Sure, if you specifically build a champion to die to Thornmail, they will die to thornmail.
If their tank has sunk that much gold into countering your adc, put some resources into your mid, and have your adc focus other people in fights.

Thornmail allows tanks to fight ADC.
Don't want to die to it? Use your spells or attack someone else.

thornmail should also apply a heal debuff together with the damage return.
also, the ashe didnt die to thornmail. she died to pure shame of those items in her inventory.
