Issues with FPS while streaming League of Legends

So I know when you stream you can expect an FPS drop due to the increase of resources required to do so. I have been experimenting for the past several days with various settings In-Game and OBS, but with no difference. I think it is an issue with my settings in OBS, but can't be sure.

Here are my PC specs: Processor: AMD FX-9370, Eight Core Processor (3.8 GHz, overclocked to 4.8) RAM: 16 GB, DDR3, 1600 MHz Graphics Card(Primary): NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060, 6 GB Graphics Card (Secondary): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770, 4 GB
