how bad can ones accent be and still be enjoyable.

Hello fellow NA players,

I'm Kaluchi from EUW ( Netherlands ) and I was wondering... How bad can ones accent be and still be enjoyable. We all know that most foreigners have some accent. Now I've been wondering lately, does my accent scare or annoy ppl off?

I'd like your guys honest opinions and not just blind hate or love.
