Best advice I can give, is you need a lot of content to make up for your elo.
I don't want to sound discouraging but typically youtubers/streamers are watched for;
-
Educational, Want to learn how to play the game, the person they're learning from is creditable (as in, significantly higher elo than the viewer, this is why tarzaned was popular because he is a challenger jungler that others can learn off of, despite him being overall toxic and 'mentally difficult' for lack of better description.)
-
Entertainment (ex. Magikarpusedfly is popular not because he's good at league, but he makes a lot of funny league related videos with good editing that entertain the viewer. Kshaway is another that thrives off compilations of funny content. Dumbs is a personal fave of mine for his god tier editting. T1 is also falls into this category since he's a blast to watch play but he doesn't really teach players how to play other than what they pick up from watching what he does.)
-
News (as in a source of uploading tons of information as soon as its revealed, kinda like how Redmercy is popular because the moment a leak, champ reveal, twitter update, or anything in general happens he usually has a video on it, making him a good source for keeping up with more serious news going around.)
-
Vods (basically a source for watching replays, but there's a lot of channels competing doing that since its so easy to do.)
Inorder to make money off of this kind of career, you have to have a bit of a following (youtube approves those with a specific subscription ammount and viewers/vids uploaded per timeframe, twitch approves based on follower count, viewers per stream, and stream frequency.), so you have to identity the 'hook' to get those people to watch the content you're uploading/streaming... no offense but education isn't going to boom much if the elo is silver (assuming so since you're looking for silver esports leagues), however news content, and entertainment would be key areas to focus in until you improve.
