ashe's arrow is too slow
I know ashe is decently op right now but her ult is too slow in comparison to all the other long distance ults

If she ever needs a buff this would be a good buff to her. However in her current state I don't think it's a good idea to further increase her power.
That wasn't a juke. He was already walking into jungle before the arrow even showed up. (0:31)
This video in no way supports your claim. Heim was walking into the jungle before the Arrow even appeared.

It's fine as it is to be honest. Landing it takes some luck and Korean style skill, but when it does it's always guaranteed to pay off.
If they made it faster I couldn't TP ahead of it to get the full stun duration as I surprise 1v1 someone.
Also I am actually sad about Ashe. She always crits, so a mastery lowers her damage by 10%, Randuin's cuts it another 10% + lowers attack speed, plus frozen heart... T.T
