so what kind of content uploaded to youtube will get you banned?

can someone from riot, or someone with a riot link, clear up some of the legal stuff like youtube(https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6345162?hl=en&ref_topic=2803176)

if not clear things up at least have a discussion to implement new rules so ppl do not get falsely banned

i hope i dont get anything banned because i tried to find as much information as possible on the content i am allowed to create for youtube but there is nothing that i can find(written by riot games) which explains whether i can have gameplay uploads;not just some cut and edited video which i can make by playing a custom game and getting pentas off bots and then cutting and editing to change the usernames

can we not ban/suspend a whole bunch of people like youtube did before implementing more guidelines?
the youtube community was super mad at how youtube handled things.... btw, i read the youtube guildlelines and they do not care so much about just pure gameplay videos so this is more of the riot games regulations side

there is fan art guidelines https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/fan-art-license-agreement but i dont think it is really "fan art" if it is just based on my gameplay...... i mean yeah if i really wanted to bend the rules to my advantage then yeah i guess mechanics/runes/items/ability is all "fan art" but tbh....i think that is reaching when there is not really a clear thing that states "gameplay" as a possibility of "fan art"

there isnt a lot of things regarding content from riot games sites, only through youtube is there a very detailed explanation of what you can and cannot do(yotuube has been more "lighthanded" and gives out warnings now before full banning since they understand some of the things they wrote were not detailed enough; i just hope riot games does something like that too before punishing someone for their lack of information given since everything written so far is super vague and has no actual details on what is acceptable)

youtube has a bunch of updates about their legality and stuff but it i cannot seem to find the same detail in things written by riot games about what kind of content i can make(i do not consider a custom game edited by changing the usernames as a "fan art" video so i tihnk that is why i am confused whether gameplay uploads will be acceptable)

i understand there is also the problem of monetization since i did not really find anything on that either since there isnt much on the details of "fan art" through youtube.....

there is more regualtions on what kind of content is ok on youtube but just having pure gameplay and not really any commentary seems to be fine on youtube side.....but i think there are things riot games is not clarifying since i think ppl have been trying to flag my videos(which barely include commentary and are mostly just gameplay; they are also not moentized so i am unsure if any of the guidelines apply to me if im not monetizing them)

regarding riot terms of use for fan art, it seems riot does not want much "commercial use" and i am not profitting from my gameplay uploads on youtube; i am also not making threats through my videos but reapeating what i saw on mainstream news, so i am quite unsure where i would fall since i am sure there are a bunch of other youtubers who upload videos onto youtube but not all of them profit from the videos(just curious if i will get a ban for just uploading gameplay without monetizing)

most of the regulations regarding riot seems to be about profit and no liability for the things said and done; so does that mean you cannot ban me if i am just preaching mainstream media news? (cause i can link all the news articles i read if you guys try to ban me? lol)

is gameplay uploads ok? if so, what if it isnt monetized? what are the rules and regulations if it is not monetized? can you ban someone on league of legends based on their "non monetized youtube gameplay videos"?

[this is the main question i have regarding these detailed legality of these videos uploaded to youtube regarding league of legends "content"/"fan art"] if it has "threats" but has mainstream media evidence(given the chance to link riot games the articles)can those individuals get banned for false claims? i understand riot is trying but constantly seeing people talk negatively about other regions is kind of degrading when it is pretty evident in the pro scene the obvious skills we lack as a region.....i understand it is freedom but tbh...it is kind of my freedom to upload this kind of content to show why our region is so weak

please let me know what the detailed terms are since i have linked everything i could find on the content i am allowed to upload i have also written and linked everything from youtube if you wanted to send me to youtube lol i have read everything, tell me something i do not know please ^-^

sorry this is very long but i wanted to gather as much evidence as i possible can to prove to riot how there is a huge lack of information compared to youtube(they were getting a pretty bad rep for a while so i hope riot doesnt have to go through that to update their regulations since there is already a lot of other problems that has made the community very angry already lol)
