League Displays - Animated Video Stills in updates

I wanted to ask if it's possible to put in video stills from recent animated videos like Phoenix, Light and Shadow (Star Guardian 2019), Dark Passage (Senna Reveal), ULTRACOMBO (Arcade 2019), and probably more, into League Displays. I really want to celebrate those moments through wallpapers.
