How am I even supposed to use the codes? Same region, and I'm damn sure it's spelled correctly.

Seems like no code works through the in-client code redemption feature anymore.

There is always a problem redeeming codes, and by the time Support replies, it's definitely too late. Tried 4 codes from the video now, and neither work.

Oh well, I've sent a Support ticket. Then we'll see if the Partner Program is still the same BS I thought it to be the first time Support said "no" to manually add content with provided codes.

As for the video itself, how can a 1820 RP skin (DT Heimer) receive praise when the dance SFX - the sole reason I bought the skin - is barely audible?

I hear the same thing in the video - the dance is basically muted, but I clearly hear him say something when recalling. I hear the dance SFX with HN Lucian just fine.

EDIT: Support actually came through on this.
