Software for rewatching older patches

Hey i am a Lol manager for the danish team Atlando Esports, we are currently participating in the top part of the nordic teams. Even though we compete on a high level we dont have the ressources to allocate on certain projects like videos and promotional material. Therefore its often a longer process requiring more time, but as the system works right now we are only allowed to use current patch videos. That means we at best have 14 days to make a video from the .ROFL files our players foward to us, and in my specific scenario i had 2. Its not a lot of time to make something high quality, when we have other obligation in our everyday aswell.

The point of this post is to try and get dev's attention around this issue for content creators and make a non 3rd party program that allows you to watch 2-3 patch old replay files. I know its not a video file and there is a lot of infomation stored in the .ROFL files but with the amount development league has made i think, this is becoming something that should be mandatory to help the guys out creating content around their game. I hope this is something we would get to see in the future and not have to go search through google to find a dodgy program to help make.
