To say the least, I can't say much if the changes are good or bad but I'm not exactly in a situation where I can play League at the right amount of times to see for myself and make up my mind if I should side with the complaint or just conclude that it's just a bunch of non-sense.

The only thing I could say is the Elder Dragon execute is an interesting mechanic to have and has 2 sides: 1- If the losing team gets it, they get the chance for a comeback and comebacks should be possible. I've actually seen people say that comebacks are toxic. 2- If the winning team gets it, then they just become into an overkill since they don't even need it to begin with.

I still haven't experienced the Elder Drake yet though. This is just my big assumption for now.
