I Need Help Please!!!

Hi im currently in Bronze 3 and i need help. I am no pro by far, my cs needs work and i need to stop using my mouse to do spells and much more. What i need from the community is feedback in how to help my CS and my lame use of the mouse over keyboard. The reason i do that is i started playing in season 1 when if anyone can remember the time when Tryn was main adc along with Ashe, and Rammus was the main tank. But anyway i started to use my mouse in season one and it has stuck with me i need to know if anyone knows a good way to get back to using the keyboard again.
