Intel® Core ™ i5-8400 (Up to 4.0GHz, 9MB cache) 6-Core 16GB DDR4-2400 Crucial Ballistix RAM Asus B360M-K Prime motherboard Intel 256GB SSD Solid State Disk (1TB Western Digital (SATA 6GB / s) mounted as optional disk) Asus GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Graphics Card Corsair VS550 550W Power Supply

My question is if i can stream lol with this setup? im thinking to upgrade to a Intel® Core ™ i7-8700 (Up to 4.6GHz, 12MB cache) 6-Core or is that not necessary?

Is 16GB DDR4-2400 Crucial Ballistix RAM necessary or is Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 LPX RAM fine, dont want to waste money on something i wont use :)

I want atleast 60fps while i stream lol, pls say if i have some other parts i can downgrade without it affecting my experience so i can save some money :)

I'm sure you should be able to stream and play League with that, League's not that intensive. If anything you should try and get the 1060 with 6GB of VRAM.

If money is an issue go for an AMD Ryzen processor. While they're not as good as Intel processors at gaming (it's a very marginal difference), they are better in every way outside of games, and in productivity workloads while being much much cheaper than Intel ones. Not to mention they are all unlocked and can be overclocked (provided you get a B350/X370/X470 motherboard) for extra performance.

And I wouldn't go with a VS series PSU. They're incredibly cheap. The one component you wouldn't want to cheap out on is your PSU. If your PSU decides to send too much power to your components, it will fry them all.
