Hes literally just being Yasuo and dashing 9-10 times in a fight because he has a .1 second cooldown dash, that helps regen his shield which procs like 20 times while its near impossible to hit him at all because he's surrounded by an impentrable to projectiles barrier, while slowing you while already outrunning you because he also has naturally high movement speed.
