In this video I will clarify if electrocute is better or "dark harvest". So there is a huge discussion going on in the internet, what rune is better and i said to myself hey lets hop into dat practise tool mode and lets find out what is the better way to go.
its pretty simple electrocute- better early, mid game damage for laners Dark harvest- better for junglers, late game but is still really good with laners but overall im tired of dieing from leathality, i really am its now getting fkin built on everyone, even vi!
does its burst combo include an autoattack:

It seemed a little unclear if video was taking into account DH does nothing under 150 stacks unless you've picked up an orb in the last 20 seconds...
