Positional ranks are a fine idea in theory, terrible in practice. People who get autofilled feel free to just int or troll or not care about the game because they'll only lose 4 lp on their main role. Not to mention how you have to play 40 promo games. Needs to be reverted IMO.
Main thing I hate about positional ranks is that people diss on other people just because they are something like silver, bronze, or even iron, without even asking how they ended up there. It's a pain to deal with people like that in matches because if its a jungle player like that, they won't help you with a gank or anything.
