Yes you can easily but you might want to get more ram, test it first then decide, I say more ram because you might open chrome, and obviously you will have league on you streaming app or discord, so just to be on the safe side get more gl

Ideally you want 16GB of RAM and if you want to stream more demanding games as well you might wanna get a stronger CPU.
