GRIM MARIACHI LOKI (Smite) TWISTED FATE SKIN! - League of Legends (Fan)

I mean I've been wanting Dia de los Muertos skins for a while now, though this kind of overlaps with Tango TF a bit much. Still though, Ghost Bride Morgana is based on La Llorona, and Festival Queen Anivia is based on Carnival in Brazil, so anything to bring more Latin America/South America inspired stuff to the game is good by me. If we can get characters dressed as Santa Claus and his ho ho hoes, we can get characters celebrating Dia de los Muertos. There's a great Ivern concept floating out there that's pretty badass, and there are so many other champions that can do well with the theme.
