Should I give this a shot?

I'm thinking of trying streaming because I've always wanted to be a radio DJ, but since that doesn't look possible, I figure this is pretty close, and I like playing LoL. Having said that, here's somethings I think I'd bring to the table/I'm concerned about:

  1. I'm reasonably funny so I feel like that might be enjoyable.
  2. I'm in Bronze 5, so it might be kinda funny for folks to see what the depths truely look like
  3. I rant almost constantly, but in like a Bill Burr funny way. Not like a ragey teen.
  4. I'm doing it for fun and have no illusions about "teaching people" anything (except maybe how to make a bad Bard build).

So having said that,

A. Is there some "READ THIS FIRST" document out there someone could link? B. Is this worth it at all? I can take harsh criticism. C. I have no idea what I'm doing.

Any feedback is appreciated.

EDIT: Found this, so I think I have what I need tech-wise https://euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/page/ever-wanted-stream

Why not just try it and see if it works out? You're asking other people to guess the answer for you, but i doubt anyone actually knows if this would work.

Make sure your computer can handle running league and the stream at the same time. Get OBS Studio ( It's not that hard to set up, if something is stumping you, you can look it up. ) If you do plan on streaming, a couple things to note is that when playing League you're not gonna get very many/any viewers because of how popular the game is and how many streamers there are, but don't let that discourage you. Finally you ask if it's worth it, and that can mean different things, if you're trying to make money off of streaming, don't bet on it. It takes a LOT to be able to live off streaming, but if you want to do it to have fun, meet new people and put yourself out there, go right ahead. If there's anything you'd like answered i'll try my best to.
