I was just wondering why Riot doesn't make an app for viewing matches on phone, I watch matches on YouTube and Twitch but I would like to have Riots own app where I can freely move around the map and witness what's happening in any lane that I want to view. Is this possible ?

Their spectate mode in the actual client barely works and you think they can make an app?
Riot, please create an app that lets you spectate friends games on mobile, whether it be android or iOS. Please, at least look into it. Thank you
