So you can't report people for being toxic outside of your match history. But this guy and someone else that is always rank one "wont state names" are super toxic anytime they don't get their way. They don't realize a lot of people in diamond elo have jobs just like I do. We aren't paid to play and we don't run a platform with millions of people while using it to promote their toxicity. Why won't Riot do anything about this? I suggest a no tolerance policy since playing this game is starting to feel worst then s2 in forms of toxicity and when sheep see their master throw fits, they will mimic the behavior. Seems like Riot doesn't care but would rather collaborate and play dumb.

Edit: I understand what you guys are saying, I don't necessarily feel like banning people is the answer. I used to say during tribunal days that we should perma mute people as a punishment specifically for toxic. Threats and ruining games will not follow this structure. My reasoning is because toxic behavior gateways into not helping a specific person or making them feed on person and such. But these personality's are extremely toxic and they are paid to act this way, it is now who they are.
