Freak the Meta: Karthus Jungle (GANK FROM ANYWHERE)
In today's Freak the Meta, we play some Karthus Jungle. But hey, we get real strong with it too.

Karthus JG used to be borderline meta a couple seasons ago. It was pretty popular for a short while.
I think what made it good was when the jg was super difficult to clear and ganking became risky due to it being so hard to sustain through the early jg. So Karthus could clear better than most junglers, and early gankers weren't doing well anyways, so Karthus became the safest and therefore one of the best junglers.
