Why Teemo Is Useless As Support or Top

He's a garbage support because the folks stupid enough to play him there are of the mind that the perfect scenario would occur for him to support. It doesn't. His blind is meh, most mage supports will lock him down which makes him a free kill. His shrooms and invisibility, while possibly good, are almost always used poorly.

Supports should largely have some presence on the front line. Either tanking, or blowing someone up with damage or CC should THEY come to the front line. Teemo does neither.
