is a game changer .
i mean ,i play ignite/exaust thresh in général ,but this one was only for fun ,so i do 100% agree with you exaust may be a game changer cause it's just like you are illiminating one champion out of the fight for few seconds especially an assassin or high burst champs that can actually make you allies in trouble and you cannot stop them with spells.
