I forgot how much more difficult running on streets is versus running on treadmill
Because my car was in the shop couldn't go to the gym
but i still wanted to get exercise in so I just ran on the main streets. Jogged for over 2 miles before I had to walk, and it was rough heading back
Treadmill is much easier
