What if you had a free TP to turrets while in base

but the drawback is everybody knows where you are tp'ing to and it takes longer than a normal TP. You'd have to math it out to see how long it takes to get to lane to find a mid point.

It takes 30 seconds for Mordekaiser to walk to botlane

it takes 25 seconds for a boots 2 mordekaiser to walk to botlane

To say a 20 second TP that declares where you are going to go is going to break the game is asinine.

For a comparison using somebody with speed boosts, Aurelion Sol with rank 1 E and Sorcs takes 20 seconds.
