so who is going to be broken if pbe goes live as is?

i have already confirmed hail of blades breaks stormrazor breaks is prob going to break is arguably already broken but even if he isn't now, he certainly will be next patch

is also looking scary with hail of blades as it might end up causing the same issue did with him. and stormrazor also scares me on him.
