helo guys so today i was going to login on my lol acount and it said it was locked,it said i need to contact lol support team and so i did.they sent me questions about account and i answered them and then there was this question who created this account and i did replied to it that my brother is original creator of account.so they told me they need to speak to my brother who was original creator of aaccount or i will not be able to enter accoun anymore ( something like perma ban) but there is a catche,my brother lost his life in car accident and i kept his account and so ive told them that and thez just said that if they cannot speak to the original owner of account then i wont be able to login again( keep in mind that orriginal owner is not alive and in fact is my BROTHER) so now i am permabanned and they refuse any other information to give,so i am asking you how should i react now i mean ive spent so much money on rp its giving me so much frustration now for being banned for something i never did or anyone (brother ) on this account. thanks for your time.

Accounts are not permitted to be sold, transferred, or given. I believe this holds true even in the case of death, except for potentially limited circumstances which do not include using the account to play games (as an example, I suspect next of kin would be given access to an account for transaction history to settle an estate).

You did not create the account, thus it isn't yours, and you do not have a right to it.

Look I don't want to be the negative one but I have reason to believe you're lying to us and if that's true it's pretty despicable that you'd use a family death to try and avoid a ban.

According to OP.GG you account hasn't been ranked in any of the previous season. And this is your first time in ranked. While it's possible that you or your brother has never played ranked before (Am I just missing it? For myself and everyone else it appears right above the avatar). It's the fact that your account is platinum that bothers me. It's not impossible for you to have hit plat your first season of ranked ever with a short amount of games but it is very suspicious and suggests either boosting or you've bought a smurf account. It also doesn't help that you've only had access to the season for a month.

Again, not impossible. But it's just really weird behavior that makes you seem incredibly guilty. And companies will typically be pretty cooperative if you can show the owner of the account is dead and that you're family. Or at least I hope they would. Just seems like too many coincidences.

You can give any fishy reasons that you can't speak with the original creator of the account. Even if your scenario is about your brother who passed away, there's just too many reasons to be sceptical about this

Part of me really wants to think you’re telling us the truth, OP. Your ranked status however, especially considering your incredibly brief time playing on the account in ranked, points to account boosting, which is strictly against the rules.

I really hope this isn’t the case because claiming a death in the family to avoid a ban is...well, as despicable as it gets really.
