Could I become a comunity manager for Riot Games?

I have always wanted to be a part of the League comunity, I dont do art or funny videos but I enjoy organizing tournaments in my city. I dont have a lot of money but sometimes I manage to give the winners a skin or icon, I create groups on social media to unite League players in my city and have fun playing together. I have been an active league player for 5 years and in that time ive always dream in working for Riot to do what I love doing, meeting the comunity and helping them to enjoy league. What do I need to apply as a worker for Riot?
