Neeko isn't on live servers yet. She'll be released in the next patch on tuesday/Wednesday (whatever your normal patch day is) The gameplay your kid saw was from the PBE

I have no idea what is PBE, probably you mean test period. I can found information about champ ability but not about release. Whatever, thanks guys.
