A Question Concerning Shaco

Howdy
I wanted to ask if there are any plans for a Shaco skin as of right now within this year. He hasn't gotten any attention whatsoever cosmetically for over three years now and I was hoping something was in the works.

While he does have more than a few skins, I think I could speak for everyone when I say they're not exactly great skins. Masked Shaco is the only one with any kind of particles -- but that skin has other problems.

I get that other champions don't have many skins (ie and a few others) but some of the champs that are getting skins are, in my opinion, faring well and don't need any more for the time being (Heck, this is an unpopular opinion but and are only a year old and already have three quality skins each -- including the upcoming SSG pair). I'm not saying they have too many, I just think they are pretty well-equipped.

Anyways, consideration for Shaco would be great and much appreciated by all Shaco players, especially since it's been quite a long time since Riot has given him something that really makes my wallet turn red hot.

I'd like to say this post was in no way intended to belittle other champs or complain about anything, just to promote my very favorite character (that being said take this post with a grain of salt).

I, and my friends, are very eager to hear any upcoming information about him as soon as possible.
