What ever happened to the Rotating Game Modes?

I always loved to play the game modes like Hunt of the Blood Moon, and OFA, and URF, why do they not release them on a set schedule? Unlike before where they would screw around with the order. Also, while on this note, why can't we just have normal URF with bans? Why do they have to nerf things like crazy and then give random champs. At least I know what I am getting myself into in URF vs. ARURF where it is a shot in the dark. TBH I kinda have a lot of fun laughing at the ridiculousness of a 5 IE Garen running at my team like a beyblade, and I miss those days.
