Friendly reminder: Don't drive while intoxicated OR high

Preface: I'm the front store manager of a pharmacy in a small town

Dude came in stinking of weed. I sold him his drugs because that's my job, and being high is legal here as long as you don't smoke in public.

Well, the dumbass gets his prescription and then immediately gets behind the wheel of his truck.

Driving high can and will result in accidents. Maybe not now, maybe not the next time, but please be safe rather than sorry.

Thank you

Also, although it's much harder to avoid, don't drive while tired as well, because at a certain point it can be just as bad. Take a Lyft or a bus or something else if you can.

I was in a car crash with a drunk driver when I was 17, messed up my life pretty bad. Permanent issues for the rest of my life. Don't drink and drive bois.

You sell weed? How long have you been in the business? I thought it was only legalized last year in Canada. Edit: I suck at reading. I presume you actually work at a pharmacy. Now that I think about it, I’m pretty sure you mentioned that you were even the manager.

I would like to hope that would be common sense, sadly it’s not, and chances are the intoxicated isn’t the one to get injured or die cause of it.

I am disappointed, I would have expected you worked at a KFC or Pita restaurant

My cousin is one such idiot. He even legitimately believes that he's a better, safer driver while high or drunk. >>
