After the Worlds event ends, can we get all of the loot back to craft until the tokens expire?

Last patch we had some golden Championship chromas and other Championship loot stuff, this patch we have borders and a gold chroma for the Halloween skins as well as a pretty good emote, and next patch there is K/DA stuff like a ward and another emote. I feel like a lot of us want to get these borders and chromas in the earlier patches, but don't know if we'll have enough tokens later to get the Kai'sa skin if we spend our tokens now, it feels kinda bad.

Anyways, could we please get all the loot from all three of the Worlds token patches back after the event ends and the quests and performance tokens are unearnable? Just so if we do end up having enough extra tokens after the Kai'sa skin (or whatever else people consider their must buys) we can pick up some of the other cool unique stuff rather than waste it on key fragments and Orbs?
