Hextech Chests getting worse

When they came out, and I opened one, I got a skin shard every time, once in awhile with something extra.

I just opened one and got a lissandra champion shard.

IIRC this happened to me 3 times so far this seaons. I've 15 chests so far and many have been dissapointing. I get that it's free stuff, but champion shards? I've spent alot of money on this game and a champion shard is literally worthless as a reward. Not even two champion shards...

Regular chests contain a random drop of all content being Champion Shards, Skins, Wards, Icons, ect. If you want to be guaranteed a Cosmetic then you have to buy the new Masterwork Chests.
