Yeah mobile games rip stuff off all the time. Most of the ones that do it are from China because China doesn't abide by our copyright laws. Nothing Riot can do about it most of the time.

I played a Moba before league it was called Ace Of Arenas and it had Garen/Annie/Leona/Caitlyn/Nocturne/master yi/it had a lot of lol characters in it just different names/different splash arts but it was a ripoff.
I'm sure there are many many mobas that are like this not just this one.

In your screenshot alone I see 4 ripped models, The skeleton midgets from Diablo 3, the mount from WoW, hell even pieces of the environment.
