Lag switching is back

I was playing a few games then randomly in one game I was getting dropped from a game constantly. Sadly I believe it was my own teammate because he was flaming me the entire game for getting adc. It was a duo named Wittybuffalo and Caster11 I wouldn't normally throw my teammates under the buss like that but these guys have an incredible win rate with the opposite team feeding out of their mind which leads me to believe they are clearly cheating considering they lack game sense. Please take a look into these guys and if you ever come across them in plat elo reach out to riot about them.

I thought this was it too but if ISPs toggle you they toggle the internet not the game only. I just played a game right after this one and was completely fine.
