Are there really any champions that change more than Udyr?

Udyr's build paths and playstyle shift so drastically so rapidly that I couldn't even hope to keep up ever since madstone was removed. Now I'm seeing Udyrs building spellthiefs? Trick is building spellthiefs? Crazy stuff
