Help Me Win

Ok, this isn't any form of begging/asking for a duo but rather can somebody please give me some tips to win ranked?? So a couple weeks ago I was duoing with a friend who was lower rank than me (G1 or G2 I don't remember) and I was just having fun and ended up getting demoted to P5.

However, ever since I got demoted to P5 I just can't seem to win AT ALL. The thing is I don't blame ONLY my team because I am starting to notice that I MYSELF am ALSO playing worse than I normally do and not only that I feel like my teams are getting worse too.

Could somebody give me tips to reverse my win streak? Maybe tips to change my mindset or something because I don't know what happened to me

P5 is the only true elo hell

It often happens to me (suddenly start playing much worse). I just take a break e.g playing with AI, going normals e.t.c When I feel I start playing well again, I queue for ranked. ARAM/ABAM is a good place to return your mechanics/(somehat)teamfighting skills.
