Hacked and sold account

So I have a buddy who really does not play leauge all that often, but last night we saw that he was playing ranked. Now to a normal person this would not be a big deal, but he was at work and really hates playing 5s so ranked is crazy. Long story short someone hacked and stole his account, but the issue is he changed the email, and he cannot contact support or submit a ticket without his account, so my question is what do we do?
