Easiest ADC to get into the role?
What are your recommendations? And should I be looking out for winrate/meta stuff or just main one and play them regardless of their actual standing right now?

Ashe, if you are very new to the role. Jhin, if you don't want to play with Attackmove/can't kite very well just yet.

Easiest two ADC's I can imagine.
Ashe, Cait or Sivir.
Literally the easiest
Second easiest is
As for those who are saying Ashe , no , she isn't that easy , she might be simple but you need to master kiting first then play her
Playing
can be obnoxious for how defenseless she can feel but she's the best champ to learn how to play adcs by far.
For me,
and
Welcome to the role of ADC! I love ADC <3
My recommendations for easiest ADC's would be:
If I was you I'd go into the practice tool and pick which you like more between Ashe and MF, because those two really are the easiest. There's a reason MF is in used in the tutorial! xD Not to discredit good MF's, I'm a MF player myself, but I'm just saying that the tutorial heroes are some of the easier champs to learn when new! And Ashe is like the quintessential new player character. I enjoy both, but if you want an ultimate that can make ppl cry for days and get you some cheeky triple kills - go MF, if you like using your abilities more to get your kills and want an ultimate that is more complimentary to your kit vs. defining your kit, go Ashe. Again, MF players don't get pissy, I'm not saying MF is all her ult and nothing else, I'm just saying in comparison to Ashe. I love MF!
Another really important thing to remember is that as ADC how you do in lane really depends on how good your support is and how good the other teams support is. So if you have a rough go at it in your first few games as ADC don't beat yourself up and think the role isn't for you, it could honestly be your support or the fact that the other teams support and ADC worked better together. That's a pitfall of being bot, you're somewhat dependent on another person for lane success, but don't let that scare you off - it can be really fun to be ADC! Especially if you have a good support and solid team around you, MF can be a murderous demon that makes the enemy team rage quit and afk while complaining in all chat - which is tons of fun!! lol
Everything expect Kalista, arguably Kogmaw.
I would pick Sivir as easiest one.
Jhin or Varus. Jhin is really easy to kite with and Varus is just easy to use in general.
I personally started with Varus. He's got a forgiving kit that can allow you to poke even if you are behind. When you get good at him you can shred people with the stacks. These days I love playing Ashe and Jinx.
Ignoring the salt-lord arguments in here, I'd have to say the easiest one to learn at this point is probably Jinx. Variable range, traps to throw out if you get scared and feel like backing away, a decent ranged skillshot, AoE autos on demand, and a passive that lets you snowball if you get a kill by chasing down everything else.
That all in mind - adc is simultaneously the easiest and hardest role in the game. You'll get top damage in fights easily with just the most basic of basics - stay back, right click, don't stand still, and never try to 1v1 an assassin. But in order to ever say you're a good adc, you're going to need to learn good csing, pristine lane control, stutter-stepping and god-tier positioning. To play adc isn't really difficult. To master adc, and outplay everyone in a fight, you need to hold more overall situational awareness than the jungler, especially in the middle of a fight, and how to properly react to any situation immediately as it develops...or as a support, I will flame you. :P (jk on the flaming part.)
