U just q and run into me. No skill and doesnt bring anything good to the game. No counterplay as an adc with no mobility. And oh even if u tristana and jump fkin 1 km he will still catch u. Rammus is the definition of unhealthy gameplay. REWORK NEEDED

If you aren't behind the river (and don't have awareness of all 5 enemies), you're doing it wrong. It doesn't matter what lane you're in.

Rammus has already been reworked, if you stun/root him his powerball ends instantly when it used to just stop him then resume
Also he needs to be directly on your face to do anything to you. If you're regularly positioned with your team and a melee only champion is weaving through your frontline your bruisers/tanks probably aren't doing their job. If you're regularly a mile away from your team as a no cc champion and Rammus has an easy time getting to you you're probably not doing your job.
