How Do I Get Rito to Listen?

Just wondering, besides making some compliment, knowing the right people who work as a rioter, or maybe going to work for riot myself, how do I really get Riot's attention?

The Forums here don't seem to really contribute to changes at all, but they are here for suggestions, recommendations, and a basic survey of how the players and fans feel about their product, right?

So if the forums are here, but they effect almost nothing but the forums itself, how can we actually get Rito's attention?

I can talk to Boards Mods, and other players, and fanboys all day long, but as much as that tickles me silly, I would like to really have a forum for something to be seriously taken into consideration. I mean, if I was Rito, I wouldn't want to listen to snot nosed little brats/plebs playing my game, but if people have lots of money and clout wanted to make solid requests, how could we go about that?

I would even bet people making such requests or suggestions, could even pay some nice monetary rewards too. Everyone likes cold hard cash, right.

If one were to try to acquire the ear of King Rito, would this even be the place to ask how to do so? Hmmm......
