When will his newly updated kit be released into PBE? I'm highly anticipating to see them.

What would AP Xin Zhao do if he saw this rework? I bet he'd cry himself to sleep. That's what AP Xin would do.
You won't have to wait much .... It's supposted to be relead on 7.19 so prob it will hit PBE quite soon
