ARAM: Can Banner of Command be removed from ARAM?

Due to the nature of banner, and the rng of aram, sometimes you're just guaranteed to lose far more than normal because if you're stuck with an all AP team (and RRs are not infinite). Banner is so much pressure for absolutely cheap.

That is the punishment for having an all AP team. It is the same if you are going against an all AD team. Itemizing is key. If the enemy has a lot of healing, you buy anti-healing items.
