It's 24th November but still i can't transfer my account !!!

I believe somewhere they said that transfers will be down till 2018. Dont quote me on that, but I think that i read/saw it somewhere.

The transfers will be down for an extended period of time due to server issues they discovered when preparing to re-enable them. They’ll update us when they have more, but expect it to be a few weeks right now (especially due to the holiday seasons we are in).
