Why is no one talking about Caitlyn?

Like I see so many people using statistics to justify nerfing vayne but no one using it to say nerf Caitlyn who in diamond spiked higher then vayne like her play rate double, her winrate stayed around the same and her ban rate basically up 12 times like where the people saying she is broken and I would say Caitlyn is much harder to play against vs vayne since vayne has a not great early but caitlyn has a great early like caitlyn does so much more then vayne in almost every way but 1v1.

Im not saying anyone is broken im just pointing out some hypocrisy im seeing and asking if there is some reason im not seeing.

Caitlyn is being played more simply to counter Vayne. Cait has always been a good counterpick to Vayne, and with Vayne being busted atm, people are picking her more to abuse her in lane.

might be because you can actually duel caityln. you can run her down with many champs. can't do the same with vayne. vayne can even beat her supposed counters like zed/khazix/assassins. caityln isn't frustrating to face. caityln doesn't 1v2,1v3 casually. caityln rarely ever gets pentakills. caityln is not busted. caityln is actually BALANCED and fair to face. thats why nobody complains about her. whenever CAITYLN is strong and people do complain about her its more so because of other factors like certain supports and other items allowing her to work.(that and other adcs having been over-nerfed) i think CAITYLN has never been kit wise busted. vayne on the other hand has been legit busted kitwise several times.(and now too) back when her q could crit,when her passive gave her so much ms they had to nerf it repeatedly,her ult giving her so much ad riot had to nerf its cooldown and then later date finally nerfed her ad. even now after that q ult buff. thinking about it how many times has vaynes kit alone been why she's been broken. back when her w was too strong so riot had to nerf it. caityln on the other hand has never been as strong even at her strongest compared to vaynes strongest. its like comparing a kitten vs a lion.
