16 days no response on ticket???
Great support, great game. 16 days no one has took their 3 minutes to read about the issue i have experienced. Which i find extremely frustrating. This is really getting frustrating.

I am in the same boat right now. I think there needs to be more attention on how poorly riot support is at the moment. I am sure they were better in the past but right now it is all copy and paste templates and ghosting.
What category did you choose? What is the topic and the language? Data request tickets are automated and take 30 days exactly.
Hello Hyperion, i have selected English and the reason is Account Recovery, as i have mentioned a local food name from Bulgaria (we write in cyliric) so the automated system or the reviewers (not quite sure) has decided that it is an abuse, which i find extremely controversial as i am loosing a lot of benefits as well getting a ban for calling a food name out which is quite frsutrating.
