the game is FREE TO PLAY the COSMETIC stuff has no impact in the GAMEPLAY and it's OPTIONAL so you leeches can stop crying that RIOT is trying to make money.

Don't call F2P players leeches, (removed by moderation). Game is free, that's true, but don't insult others just because they disagree with Riot's economy of skins.
"Leeches" = people who populate the game so your queue pops in less than an hour.

I'll never understand the whole "oh this is just a cash grab" arguments. They're cosmetic. You don't have to buy them to play the game. A cash grab would be like "Buy this ticket, and you get +30 Adaptive Force runes instead of +10 Adaptive Force runes for 3 games." or something.

If people were leeches, they wouldn't be complaining, because the price of a couple gaudy skins wouldn't affect them in the slightest.

It's marketing tactics that have been getting progressively more manipulative and when other companies have pulled this kind of thing it has not ended well. They do not need the extra money they are a multi-billion dollar company. They just want to see how far they can get their hand in the cookie jar. Prestige Aatrox might not impact you now, but what it leads Riot to trying in the future very well could.
