Riot is a business right?

How about changing the drop rates of gems in these special events to make it worth buying?

Reading a lot of complaints, but wouldn't it be easier to be a SECURED gemstone after 5-7 purchases of single chests or something (meaning if you bought a 10 bundle you would guaranteed get 2 gemstones)?

If you're truly a business, you would try to get more income via the player base with something you know we would buy and not push us away with an additional .5% chance of a gemstone...
