Blue Essence

Essentially the blue essence system goes against all forms of how the reward system in the human brain works. Humans love to grind and see their progress, which is why so many people complained about the original honor system not showing progress at all. Seeing your work rewarded by small achievements over time, gives a much better feeling than one big reward every now and then. Even though the blue essence system "could" have better currency rates, the potential is completely thrown to the way side in your head, when you have to play 5 games to get 200 essence when you are at 6100. The old IP system did not cater to the casuals and rewarded those who worked for what they wanted.
